Prestige Wrestling "Roseland 3" (Night 1) Results From May 28, 2022

Prestige Wrestling "Roseland 3" results from Portland, Oregon, USA at Roseland Theater on 5/28/22 live on IWTV:

Biff Busick and Jacob Fatu are not here because of flight issues. They were supposed to face each other.

Jack Evans pinned Rey Horus after a low blow and a backslide.

ETHAN HD pinned Scotty 2 Hotty by illegally using feet on the ropes. Scotty did a long promo and said he left WWE to do stuff like this. He said after 32 years this is now a part time job and there is still no better feeling in the world. People started to boo WWE. He said if it wasn't for them nobody would know who he is. He put over HD and the fans. He said they all have passion and bring it out of him. He said he is 48 and his days are winding down. He told HD to not take nights like this for granted or the fans for granted. He then jumped HD and gave him The Worm.

Eddie Pearl and Ricky Gibson defeated Jaiden and Derrick Shaw by pinning Shaw.

Taya Valkyrie defeated Willow Nightingale by submission. Very scary incident as the ring ropes broke and Nightingale tumbled out of the ring down to the floor. Valkyrie and others rushed over to check on her. After some confusion, Valkyrie rolled her back into the ring and they went to the finish a couple minutes later. Nightingale was holding the side of her neck and she previously broke her neck in a match a few years ago. She needed surgery from it and made a big comeback. Valkyrie kept talking to her and walked with her to the back with a concerned look on her face.

They were going to go to an intermission but MV Young came out. He said he was supposed to be in a 4-Way Match and didn't want to wait. He said it was live TV "and shit happens." He said he didn't care about the ring being broken and wanted the match to be a Street Fight.

Sonico won a 4-Way Match Street Fight over MV Young, Akira, and Drexl by pinning Young after the AMF on a chair in the ring.

Intermission

Miyu Yamashita pinned Masha Slamovich after the Skull Kick. Strong back and forth match. Yamashita beamed with joy and looked like she was having fun in a rare match appearance in America.

Prestige Wrestling Tag Team Champions C4 (Cody Chhun and Guillermo Rosas) defeated Kevin Ku and Dominic Garrini by pinning Ku after their High Low double team finisher. Eddie Pearl and Ricky Gibson attacked the champions after but Ku and Garrini made the save.

Alex Shelley pinned Tom Lawlor after the Shellshock. The crowd gave them a standing ovation. Strong last few minutes with several counters from both. This was a non-title grudge match. Shelley will defend against Bandido on Night 2 on 5/29/22.

Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling International Champion Maki Itoh pinned Mia Yim after the Flying Big Head. Big pops for both women coming out and Itoh was treated like a rock star. They shook hands and hugged after. Yim worked like a calm and arrogant heel in the match. The crowd gave Itoh a standing ovation and chanted her name.

On Night 2 at 10pm EST on IWTV, Itoh will face Miyu Yamashita.
