Pro Wrestling WAVE results from Tokyo, Japan at Korakuen Hall on 7/17/22:

Regina Di WAVE Champion Nagisa Nozaki came out on crutches. She has a knee injury. She vacated the title. It was supposed to be Nozaki vs. Suzu Suzuki in the main event of the show in the Catch The Wave 2022 Finals with the title also on the line. Miyuki Takase will now face Suzuki for the vacant title in the finals.

Hikaru Shida and Riko Kawahata defeated Risa Sera and Kohaku when Shida pinned Kohaku with the Arawashi Driver in 17:19.

SAKI and Hikari Shimizu defeated Hanako Nakamori and Chie Ozora when Shimizu pinned Ozora with a Cutie Special in 13:47.

Yuki Miyazaki, Sakura Hirota, Kaori Yoneyama, and Miyako Matsumoto went to a 30-minute time lime draw with Yuu, Itsuki Aoki, Mochi Natsumi, and Ayame Sasamura in a Pride Wave match that ended in a 4-4 tie. Overtime was given and Aoki pinned Hirota in 1:12.

Suzu Suzuki pinned Miyuki Takase with a German Suplex to win the Catch The WAVE 2022 Tournament and the vacant Regina Di WAVE Championship in 18:15. Hikaru Shida came out to be Suzuki's first challenger.
